Christmas Trees mark the start of the holiday, family gatherings, a lot of foot traffic. Loose pine nails & needles, sharp stem & branch can scratch the hardwood floors and sap marks or water spots can stain hardwood floors

But you don't have to worry about. Fortunately, there are a lot of precautions to protect your hardwood floors from Christmas trees loose pine nails & needles, sharp stem & branch that can severely scratch your floors.
Here's the Tips by Floor Master Expert Mishel:
1. Clear the area of the floor where the Christmas Tree will be sitting pretty for the holiday season.
2. Prepare a blockade in between the tree stand and the floor to prevent the water you pour from damaging the finish. An absorbent mat that’s designed to sit beneath a tree stand, a washer tray or simply put down a plastic sheet, it will protect your hardwood floor.
3. Place a tree skirt after deciding what blockade you want to put in between the tree stand and floor, it will look pretty and no one will even notice what blockade you used.
4. Vacuum the area around the tree to get rid of any loose pine nails & needles, sharp stem & branch as frequent as you can.
