One of the most impressive qualities of this company is that the owner, Mishel, offers his expert opinion even if it means losing the work. We had some major issues with our floor that another vendor said he could repair (for a lot of money). Mishel said that due to previous work on our floors, the repairs could NOT be done and he'd rather not take my money than make promises he can't keep. I consulted a third flooring person who confirmed what Mishel said. Mishel clearly told me what he COULD do and his crew did it spectacularly.
