I did research, seek advise from 3 different companies just to hear the bad news: they can't do anything about it. They said the only hope is to stain it dark because it's already irreparable.

"SOOOO HAPPY! My tenants had damaged my beautiful maple floors with pet urine and I was so sad. I had three companies come to assess the damage and all three said it was irreparable and the only hope was to stain the floor dark brown or lay a new floor on top. Then Mishel visited. He didn't promise the world. He simply said he would try hard to give me the hip scandi white hardwood I dreamed of. His back up plan, if the stains didn't bleach out, was a beautiful grey stain.
